Thought you could never finish a half marathon? Well think again! Join Gilda’s Gang and you’ll find friendship and support as you participate in a 14-week training program run by professionals. At the end of the training period, you’ll be ready to walk or run the Rochester Half Marathon or Relay or - new this year! - 5K that takes place each September. As part of the Gang - now celebrating 10 years! - you’ll share your training experience with others; you’ll have fun, be challenged, and grow in mind, body and spirit. Men and women at any level of fitness are encouraged to participate in this safe, rewarding experience to meet new friends and support Gilda’s Club Rochester.
We ask all Gang participants commit to raising a minimum of $500 during the 14-week program for the half marathon or relay, or $250 for the 5K.
